Most international travelers can obtain a Visa on Arrival when entering Indonesia. However, many guests choose to apply online in advance through the e-VoA system.
By preparing your visa before departure, you can move through immigration more quickly, avoid long queues, and start your Bali experience sooner.
Bali Tourist Levy – Supporting the Island
As part of Bali’s commitment to preserving its culture and natural beauty, all international visitors are required to pay a one-time Tourist Levy of IDR 150,000 per person.
This contribution helps protect the island you are about to enjoy—from its temples and traditions to its landscapes and communities.

Many travelers prefer to complete this before arrival to save time at the airport. Once paid, you will receive a QR code as proof, which may be requested during your arrival process.
Arrival Declaration
Before you land—or upon arrival—you will also be asked to complete Indonesia’s online arrival declaration.
The process is simple: fill in your travel details, submit the form, and keep the generated QR code ready. One person can even complete it for the whole family, making things easier when traveling together.
With these steps completed in advance, your arrival becomes seamless—allowing you to step out of the airport and into Bali with ease.

Take a moment to check your belongings in the bedroom, bathroom, and living spaces. These small steps can make a big difference after departure.
Leaving the Villa
Kindly leave the keys in the designated spot and switch off lights, air conditioning, and appliances. This helps us prepare the villa for the next guests while also supporting energy efficiency.
If possible, you may also place used towels in the bathroom and leave dishes in the sink—no need for deep cleaning, our team will take care of everything.
